INSTRUCTIONS


Put the beans to soak in abundant water the day before.
Cook the chorizo, to extract much of the fat.
Clean and chop all the vegetables, put them to poach, and then crush them.
Add to the pot with the beans, the vegetables, the chorizo and the rib.
Close the pressure cooker and leave about 25min.
