We pluck the Thrushes. We burn with a gas burner the feathers that remain. We rip and open in half.
Put salt and pepper. Grilled with charcoal, 6-7 minutes.
Get off the grid and pour over a sautéed garlic.
Serve with caramelized Lodosa piquillo peppers.
