In the paella pan, warm olive oil gently and saute the vegetables, then add the chicken to keep saute at once, about 5 minutes.
Add the rice, stir a bit and then put the soup, in proportion 1/3 (per 100g of rice, 300 ml liquid).
In about 17-18 minutes you will be prepared rice.
After turning off the heat, let the rice stand about 7 minutes and ready to eat.
