We conducted a delicious and simple dessert, pears in wine, in honor of La Rioja, where we are.
Peel the pears and place them in the saucepan, cover with the red wine and sugar.
Cook the pears, which will take depending on pears mature, about 20-25 minutes if they are very mature, and up to 40-50 if they are greener.
We will be checking inserting a tip (have to get in and out gently) to know when pears are made.
After that time the pears are removed. If there is much leftover broth, so we put the fire to go consuming and stay in a syrup. Which then sprinkle over the pears.
