We prepare some Rioja style potatoes, a humble and tasty stew field.
1 green pepper
3 garlic cloves
2 cayenne pepper

Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Peel the potato and instead of cutting, we break it into pieces, for release in cooking starch and fattening sauce. Green pepper don’t chop, just put it to flavor.
We put in the pot with a little oil, green onion, garlic, pepper. Brown them slightly and add 2 cayenne pepper. Add the chorizo and sauté. Add the potatoes, sauté a little and add the paprika.
We cover with vegetable soup, put salt and cook 25-35 min. depend potato.
