500 gr. of spring mushrooms
Stainless steel Non-stick frying pan CLASSIC
Clean the mushrooms with a paper, moistened cloth or knife. In no case shall wash with water.
Once clean break with fingers, very small left whole.
We booked 3 or 4 mushrooms without cooking to add them later to enhance the flavour.
Heating oil in the pan, and saute the muses.
Beat the eggs, add salt them. The mushrooms have booked, we break now and add to the eggs.
Mixing the ingredients and saute lightly in the pan, leaving juicy scrambled.
