INSTRUCTIONS


Cook in a totally healthy way, without oil or salt. Only with water.

Clean and peel well all vegetables, put water to boil in the steam pot, put the vegetables in the top casserole and place it on top.

The cooking time will depend on the type of vegetable, in this case they are about 20 minutes, but the green beans only need 10 minutes, so we would add them later.

Once the time has passed the vegetables are ready to eat, we can eat them as they come out of the steamer, or we can add a garlic stirfry.

Vegetables maintain all their nutritional properties, and exceptional flavor and color.
